A newly completed residential development built around a singular aesthetic vision — warm materials, considered proportions, and a Southern European sensibility that doesn't announce itself. The developer wanted buyers to feel somewhere else before they'd even walked through the door.

We scheduled the shoot around golden hour. Not as a stylistic choice — as a creative decision the property demanded. Travertine, oak, rendered render and a marble island that already knew what it was. Our job was to arrive at the right time and get out of the way
